**Position Overview**:

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current).
- Certificate IV in Disability Support.

**Role Responsibilities**:
As a Trainer and Assessor at AGI, you will:

- Provide high-quality training and assessment services to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Engage in reviews, validation, and continuous improvement of training resources and assessments.
- Stay current with industry practices to ensure relevant training.
- Support students in achieving their full potential and completing a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
- An excellent communicator with exceptional people skills.
- Well-presented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Experienced in education/training or has relevant industry experience.
- Skilled in delivering engaging presentations.
- Able to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ready to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- Relevant and current industry experience.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in training and assessing.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
