Trainer/ Assessor - Vocational Education & Training

Casual Position / Temp Contract

Hillshire International College, a CRICOS-registered training organisation (RTO) based in Parramatta, New South Wales, is dedicated to delivering high-quality education in Leadership & Management, Early Childhood Education & Care, Community Services, Information Technology, and Hospitality Management. As part of our continued delivery of high-demand qualifications, we are seeking qualified and experienced Trainer/Assessors for the following programs:

- BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
- ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology
- ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology
- SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management

**About the Role**
We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals who are eager to train and mentor students, equipping them with the practical skills and industry knowledge required to excel in the respective sectors. These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of professionals through high-quality education and training.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- If you are a Leadership and Management trainer/assessor with BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or a higher relevant qualification.
- If you are an Early Childhood Education and Care trainer/assessor with CHC30121 Certificate III or CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or a higher relevant qualification.
- If you are a Community Services trainer/assessor with CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services or a higher relevant qualification.
- If you are an Information Technology trainer/assessor with ICT40120 Certificate IV or ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology or a higher relevant qualification.
- If you are a Hospitality Management trainer/assessor with SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management or a higher relevant qualification.
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Minimum of three years of industry experience in the relative field, with proof of industry currency and employment verification available upon request.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training international students (preferred)
