**About the Centre**:

- Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Reedy Creek and backing onto a peaceful nature reserve, Papilio Early Learning Reedy Creek is a vibrant and nurturing early education centre for children aged 0-5 years. Our passionate educators create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
