We are seeking to appoint a **Human Resources Administrator** to join our People team. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources and working closely with the HR Business Partners, this role is responsible for the delivery of HR administration activities.
- Full-time position, based in our Bethanie on Pier office in the Perth CBD
- Flexible working arrangements offered, including opportunity to work from home / remotely

This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in HR administration or a recent HR graduate ready to commence their career in HR.

**About the role - duties will include**:

- Respond to internal and external queries relating to general HR advice, Industrial Instruments, Payroll queries, training queries and other cases as required in a timely manner
- Refer queries to other organisational departments as appropriate and when required
- Maintain and update employee details ensuring our HRIS is accurate
- Preparation of employee contracts and change of conditions
- Work with sites and services to ensure staff compliance is current
- Ensure administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant with audit procedures and privacy legislation

**About you**

You have a customer service focus, a “can-do” attitude and take pride in providing proactive and timely solutions. You will also bring:

- Demonstrated experience within a high-volume administrative position within a HR function highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Good computer skills with previous experience with Microsoft Office and HR databases (Chris21 preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
