**Overview**

A challenging career opportunity is available for a Compliance Manager to join a growing team to help redesign a new vision for how Compliance and Governance is managed in this household name.

Working alongside an inspiring leader, you will; provide industry leading compliance advice, review and draft frameworks, manage and redesign the obligations register, review marketing collateral & PDS. The role has 1 direct report with a directive from the CRO & GM Compliance to look at opportunities to grow and expand the team whilst maturing the operating model and overall approach to risk and compliance.

**Experience**:
You will also bring:

- Prior in-depth knowledge of reviewing and advising on marketing collateral and PDS in line with regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of the Australian regulatory requirements within Banking and Financial services is a must
- Experience managing compliance obligations.
- Excellent written ability with proven experience of drafting frameworks and policies.
- Adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving skills are highly valued for this role.
- A related tertiary qualification in Legal, Compliance, Risk or Business is highly desirable.
