Production Planner Assistant

A&J Australia is looking for a production planner assistant to assist the current planner.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Assist with the production planner for plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized

Requirement:
understand the production process

Good at number

Mandarin speaking is an advantage

Full Training will be provided, working hour is 8-4 Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Casual for 1st 3 months and then can be transferred to full time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
