**About the role**

**The **Maintenance Planner**is a **Full-Time**position, working at our Wetherill Park Cemintel Factory. Reporting to the** Maintenance Manager**you will manage and develop the preventative maintenance plan, resources including materials and labour and management of the CMMS.

**In this role you will**:
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with permit issuing procedures
- Lead weekly planning of maintenance activities (electrical and mechanical trades)
- Manage preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs
- Oversee contract management related to maintenance operations
- Ensure availability of materials and spare parts for scheduled works
- Maintain and improve the site's condition monitoring program
- Input and manage maintenance data in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

**What you bring to the role**
- Skilled in mechanical maintenance (no formal qualifications required)
- Trained in confined space entry and working at heights certification
- Holds forklift license (essential)
- Proficient in SAP, MS Word & Excel
- Experienced in engineering roles within manufacturing (maintenance, industrial, services) - 3+ years
- Skilled in contract management and supervising contractors or third parties - 2+ years
- Capable of fixed asset maintenance, including preventive planning and execution
- Self-motivated, safety-focused, detail-oriented, decisive, and proactive in achieving KPIs
