**Your new role**
HICAPS is a health claims and payments solution for health care providers. HICAPS offers patients of health care providers the convenience of claiming Private Health Insurance benefits for ancillary services, Medicare easy claims & lodgement of Worksafe Victoria claims on the spot at the practice.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in an administration role.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays is a must.
- A high energy individual with the ability to problem solve
- Effective communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs
