This Federal Government agency leads national improvements in healthcare safety and quality.

**Your new role**
Support the implementation, operation and monitoring of the reportable incidents handling function. Support the development of advice to the Branch Manager about trends, issues, individuals of concern and inadequate investigations by service providers. Develop productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders to facilitate the work of the reportable incidents handling function, and the Commission more broadly. Analyse information gathered during the reportable incidents handling process. Assist with the management of a caseload of incidents reported

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level of stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly recommended.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Strong analytical experience

**What you'll get in return**:

- Initial 4 month contract with a 3 month option to extend.
- $50 - $55 per hour plus super depending on your experience
- First month full time in the office then it will be a hybrid model of 2 days per week in the office
- Penrith Location
