Our Government client is presently seeking an
**APS5 Complaints and Reportable Incidents Officer** to join them

Commencing ASAP

3-month contract with the possibility of extension thereafter

Ability to obtain any necessary clearances

Must be an Australian Citizen

**Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation, operation, and monitoring of the reportable incidents handling function.
- Assist with the management of a caseload of incidents.
- Engage with providers on incidents.
- Support the development of advice by the Branch Manager about trends, issues, individuals of concern.
- Escalation of incidents if required.
- Management of a caseload of complaints about support providers and services that are offered.
- Liaise with a large and diverse range of external stakeholders, including state and territory counterparts, service provides and regulatory bodies to facilitate the work of the complaints handling function.
