Multiple Positions Available - APS5 Regulatory Compliance Officer & APS6 Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

**Your new company**
This is an independent government agency responsible for working with people with disability, service providers and the community to deliver nationally consistent and effective regulation of service providers.

**Your new role**
As an APS5 Regulatory Compliance Officer you will work with providers to assist them in understanding their obligations, guiding them to address any issues or risks where non-compliance may have occurred. You will undertake enquiries and develop compliance responses as well as identify trends, issues, individuals of concern and inadequate investigations by service providers. APS6 Senior Regulatory Compliance Officers will be required to undertake assessment to support compliance responses, ensuring complex matters are dealt with efficiently. You will support the monitoring of the reportable incidents handling functions as well as mentor and coach APS5 staff members.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will have previous experience in a similar position. You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills and be confident in your ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Australian citizenship is a requirement as well as a Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one.

**What you'll get in return**
Depending on the role you will receive between $55 - $65 per hour plus super. These roles will commence asap for a period of 6 months with the potential to extend. You will have the option to work from either the Penrith or Parramatta office location.
