**About The Role**
Under the guidance of Senior HRBPs and P&C leaders, the HRBP will play an important role in implementing P&C programs, supporting employee relations, and assisting in talent management efforts. There will be a focus on collaborating with specific Business Units to provide service and support, but also the opportunity to work on organisation wide projects.
Responsibilities include:
**Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**
- Collaborate with hiring teams.
- Facilitate interviews.
**HR Support**
- Assist with HR inquiries and policies.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding.
**Learning and Development**
- Coordinate employee training.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness.
**Employee Engagement**
- Organize events and recognition programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
**Performance Management**
- Support performance appraisals.
- Ensure timelines are met.
**HR Policy and Compliance**
- Ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Communicate policy updates.
**Employee Relations**
- Manage employee concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality.
**HR Administration and Analytics**
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Analyse HR data for insights.
**Continuous Learning**
- Stay updated on HR trends.
- Enhance HR processes continually.
To be considered for this role, you must have understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, prioritizing exceptional customer service. Your professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly are crucial. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected, and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Prior internship or entry-level HR experience is desirable.
