About the role*

Are you an experienced Property Manager* hungry for a change and eager for a new challenge? Love dealing with people but feel stuck in your current role? *This is your chance to join a game-changing tech scale-up company that will have you genuinely excited to start work every day
**We offer -** **flexibility to work from home 3 days a week, no weekend work, no maintenance, leasing or accounts duties, an assistant who will do all of your on-road duties plus a supportive & fun work environment.**
**Working in pods rather than as individuals, we're empowered by our own tech and supported by our specialist teams in maintenance, leasing, compliance, trust accounting and more.**

Working closely with key internal stakeholders to provide a seamless experience for both owners and tenants, your key responsibilities in the role of Property Manager will include:

- Go above and beyond and provide a high touchpoint service to Landlords and Tenants and ensure they have a continual positive experience
- Find opportunities to surprise and delight your clients with thoughtful messages, invitations to give feedback, and provide proactive advice
- Take control over complex issues - think outside the box to solve unique issues (with support)

Other duties include.
- Owner & tenant queries & escalations
- Arrears
- All notices (e.g., entry notices, breach notices)
- Reviewing and sharing routine inspection reports
- Vacates
- Tenant and owner onboarding for takeovers.

**Who are you?**
- 3 + years previous experience in a Property Management role is essential
- Current Real Estate qualifications are a must
- You will be tech-savvy, extremely passionate, and full of innovative ideas
- A proactive and resourceful approach to conflict resolution and problem-solving
- A confident communicator who can work collaboratively and wear multiple hats
- Exemplary communication and problem-solving skills
- You will be super switched-on and able to work at a high volume and an incredibly fast pace
- Must have an excellent phone manner and be well versed in dialogue for negotiation, price reduction conversations, etc.
- High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
