About the Role

The Value Management Office Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and strategic value outlined in the business case is maintained and realised throughout the service transition from the retail client to the service provider. As a key contributor to the Transformation Office, this role collaborates closely with the Transformation Lead, Project Managers, and Change Lead to support the successful implementation of retail business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and track business case benefits within the retail service transition, ensuring alignment with financial projections and operational goals.
- Develop methodologies to monitor value realisation, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies specific to retail environments.
- Establish and oversee tracking mechanisms for SLAs, BLAs, and XLAs, ensuring service levels align with retail business outcomes and customer experience expectations.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, assessing the impact of service transitions on retail performance and identifying lessons learned.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to define SMART agreements supporting retail service continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with project managers and change leaders to integrate value tracking into transition plans while minimising disruption to retail operations.
- Contribute to governance meetings, providing updates on value realisation and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Proven expertise in value management, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on retail organisations and service transitions.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, business case development, and benefits realisation in retail environments.
- Experience in defining and tracking SLAs, BLAs, and XLAs within retail service transitions.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex retail performance metrics and user experience indicators.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at conveying insights to retail-focused audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile) and IT service management principles (ITIL) is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Value Management, Business Analysis, ITIL) are a plus.
