**About the Role**
The Finance Analyst role sits within the Planning & Reporting Team - in the national finance department. The role will support key department heads drive business improvement through the provision of regular accurate and timely financial and business reporting, identification, recommendation, and implementation of value adding initiatives & analysis, modelling, and contributing to continuous business process improvements.
- Maintain and provide regular, daily, weekly support on reporting and analysis and ensure data integrity.
- Data validation and maintenance of Power BI and SharePoint files that are consolidated to create daily/weekly/monthly internal/external operational & management reporting
- Ability to develop, create, build, maintain, and edit reports utilising CTM’s internal reporting software - Business Intelligence - SAP/ Power BI.
- Review and prepare cost model analysis for existing clients and assessing client profitability analysis
- Maintain and prepare the financial reports; scorecards; statistics, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Maintain and develop new and existing client’s debtor statements.
- Update the monthly and quarterly bonus calculations for management approval
- Assisting with preparing the region’s budget and reforecasts process
- Delivering a high standard of communication and customer service to internal and external customers and colleagues

**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced level of excel skills
- Basic knowledge/experience using BI-SAP; Microsoft Power BI; interactive dashboards
- Solutions driven and analytical thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret financial results, identify trends & add value through commentary and ability to think through and solve complex problems
- Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise own work
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and dedicated to delivering the optimum outcome for your customers and the business
- Formal qualifications in IT/data/finance/analytics essential (e.g., Tertiary degree or equivalent completed)
- Working towards or starting CA/CPA or equivalent desirable but not essential
- Experience with SAP Business One and Tramada system or similar accounting / travel package
- Experience in/knowledge of the travel industry.
- Knowledge of SQL to create/modify SSRS reports (Paginated Reports)
