- **Your Role**_

We are seeking a trade person to assist and Coordinate work in conjunction with our experienced Project Manager to ensure the highest quality commercial interior fit outs and project management offered within the Hospitality industry.
- Execution of project brief from Project Manager
- Analysis of drawings and create necessary documentation
- Preparing project specific scope of works
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Final inspection reports and documentation of defects
- Manage & maintain a high level of OH&S
- Assist on the tools from time to time

- Trade qualification
- Understanding of the construction and hospitality industries
- Proficient understanding of construction methodologies and processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in construction industry including stainless steel fabrication
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office would be advantageous
