**The Company**
With over 30 years, this stable and successful Aluminium, Glazing, and Rope Access business is known being a trusted name across their industry. They are now looking for a new General Manager to take ownership of a robust ISO-accredited business process and senior management team by adding their own quality and experience to an already successful business.
**You’ll need**:
- 8-10 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the trade and or construction sector.
- Knowledge or experience in glazing/aluminium would be highly regarded.
- Expertise in P&L review, leading monthly management meetings, and providing guidance in weekly operations and sales meetings.
- Understanding of the market and industry standing.
- Ability to cultivate customer relationships for market share retention.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets and addressing challenges.
- Skills in optimizing onsite installation and fabrication structures for efficiency and safety.
- Manage legal contracts, compliance, and safety processes, and oversee the yearly ISO audit.
- Highly developed communication and leadership skills.
- High amount of experience, calm operator, and desire to be in a steady role for the next 5 years.
