Jivaro Recruitment are exclusively searching for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of an incredible fashion brand.

As General Manager, you will lead and manage all business aspects, including strategic planning, financial performance, operational excellence, and team management. You will play a crucial role in driving growth, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Leadership and Strategic Planning**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals, including revenue targets, market expansion, and brand positioning.
- Lead the senior management team in setting departmental goals and objectives, ensuring cohesive and effective collaboration across all departments.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to all employees, fostering a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Financial Management**
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets, keeping the board updated regularly on company performance.
- Monitor key financial indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and approve financial reports, budgets, and financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles.

**Operational Excellence**
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and make data-driven business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Sales Growth and Customer Relations**
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, suppliers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fashion retail space.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully managing and growing a business.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficient in financial management and analysis, with a solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
