We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, Customer Service Representative (Internal) based in our Clayton VIC office
**,** to partner with our customers to ensure they get the right part, to the right place, at the right time. This is a fast-paced and challenging role within an organisation that is leading the way within the Automotive Repair market.

**About the role**

The primary role of our parts interpreters is to:

- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.

We are looking for a parts interpreter who is:

- Passionate about customers.
- A service expert with some sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success
- Highly motivated self-starter and be able to work as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic.
- A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills.
- Proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
- Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make.
- Motivated to provide the customer with an experience they cannot get elsewhere.
