**Your responsibilities**
- Deliver on sales and margin targets
- Develop outstanding working relationships with senior management within key customers
- Manage a sales team of over 8 sales representatives
- Mentor, coach, guide and hold the sales team accountable
- Help develop and critique key account plans with your staff
- Analysis of sales and market data
- Reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
**You are**
- Commercially astute
- Hands on with clients and your sales team and love doing joint calls
- Able to lead a large sales team and increase sales within building products, shop fitting or allied industries
- Ability to share your knowledge and succession plan
- Able to create enthusiasm and buzz within your sales team, but not at the expense of commercial skill development and execution
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred (or willingness to undertake further study)
- Love the use of CRM and good with reporting and sales analysis (you drive a quality Excel spreadsheet)
