SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Our client is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their internal consultant team. This is a permanent position based in Melbourne, offering you the opportunity to work on a huge variety of SuccessFactors upgrade and enhancement projects.

To be successful in this role you will have functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules including Employee central, Onboarding, Recruitment and Performance and Goals. Those from implementation, support and BAU backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In return, our client offers a varied and exciting role to work on a vast array of SuccessFactors enhancements. Training and development opportunities will be offered to the right individual.

Experience required;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Functional knowledge of Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding and Performance and Goals.
- Ideally a HR background to give you that operational knowledge and understanding
- Ability to build rapport quickly and build trust with internal stakeholders
