About the Role

As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce with innovative solutions.

We are seeking a consultant with extensive experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, organizational change management, process design, planning, project management, and delivering build-to-deploy activities.

Key Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding, as well as at least one other SuccessFactors module (preferably Talent Management), is highly desirable.
  • You will need to demonstrate at least 10 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Provide leading practice functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including integration with other SAP and non-SAP/SuccessFactors systems.
  • Lead the facilitation of design workshops with multiple stakeholders.
