Your primary responsibilities will revolve around conducting preventative maintenance and promptly addressing breakdowns to ensure seamless production flow. While these positions start as casual roles, exceptional performers may secure permanent opportunities within 3-6 months.

In addition to maintenance tasks, you'll:

- Set up and operate CNC machines according to precise job specifications and work instructions.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints with precision to guarantee accurate machining processes.
- Execute tool changes, tool offsets, and machine setups as required for various machining operations.
- Monitor machine performance closely, making necessary adjustments to uphold quality and productivity standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to optimize performance and longevity.
- Inspect finished parts meticulously for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members and supervisors to enhance production schedules and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous production records and documentation for traceability and quality control purposes.

Essential requirements for these roles:

- Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation and Programming
- Mastery of **Heidenhain and Fanuc Systems**:

- Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
- Expertise in Tool Changes, Offsets, and Machine Setup
