**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a customer focused Regional Used Equipment Coordinator to support the Remarketing Regional Business. This is a pivotal role that will oversee the administrative sales and operational support across New South Wales, Australia, New Zealand & New Caledonia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Asset health is always considered, and repairs are within set repair budgets working with the Regional Operation Supervisors.
- Ensure machine inspections and subsequent work estimates are completed in line with KAL policy and agreed timelines / KPI’s. Report all concerns to the National Remarketing Management.
- Manage customer enquiries as required.
- Effective communication with all stake holders
- Ensure status charts is kept up to date.
- Create and update machine descriptions for advertising -Upload and refresh machine pictures/details when required.
- Process incoming trade machines against new and used sales.
- Process incoming import, ex-Rentals and local purchase machines.
- Process payments to internal and external vendors as required.
- Creating and issuing PO's to KAL service and external suppliers.
- Process machine sales transactions from quote received to sales completion.
- Continuous improvement of KAL marketing, advertising and image standards.
- Accurate and appropriate maintenance of machine records.
- Prompt and accurate calculation/submission of sales commission.
- Accurate update of cost of sales for all machines.
- Ensure sales forecast is kept up to date.
- Ensure all processes and policies are followed to ensure compliance with such processes and policies and any internal or external audits.

**What we are looking for**:

- Basic technical/mechanical understanding of earthmoving equipment
- High level organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external clients.
- Proven advanced abilities in Excel and Microsoft Word and proficient user of Microsoft Outlook
- High level organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of internal and external customer service / satisfaction skills
- Ability to communicate with end users at all levels and have well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
