**Programs Manager**

Full-Time Employment (on-site), Perth, WA

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Programs Manager to lead the development, coordination, and execution of our innovation and entrepreneurship programs. The Programs Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of impactful programs aligned with Spacecubed’s mission to support entrepreneurs, innovators, and startups. This role requires excellent organisational and project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

**Overall Responsibilities**

Program Planning and Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
- Curate and execute production plans for complex programs, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned, and delivery is seamless.
- Design programs that align with organisational goals and address the needs of the innovation ecosystem.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary liaison with key stakeholders, including program participants, mentors, sponsors, and partners.
- Facilitate strong communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared success.
- Foster partnerships to support the growth and sustainability of programs.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of programs, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide in-depth reports by tracking program impact using tools such as ECHO by Spacecubed, the Ecosystem Index, HubSpot surveys, and Google Forms.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, using data and feedback to inform improvements.

**Content and Resource Development**:

- Manage the creation of program collateral and learning resources.
- Ensure programs deliver measurable value to participants and align with best practices in entrepreneurship and innovation.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Manage all logístical aspects of programs, including venues, technology requirements, and participant support.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations in program delivery.
- Train, motivate, and oversee casual or support staff involved in program delivery.

**Marketing and Communications**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs through campaigns, social media, and outreach initiatives.
- Manage program registrations, communications, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Analyse data on participant engagement and program success to report on outcomes.

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for program execution.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Innovation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within the innovation or startup ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience in stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, with a focus on delivering impactful programs.

Pay: $73,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
