**The Role**

Seeking an experienced Project Controls Officer to join our team for a 9-month Maternity Leave coverage. The role will be based out of our Subiaco Office with adhoc requirements to work out of our Naval Base office supporting our Infrastructure project teams. This role provides the opportunity for site visits on an ad hoc basis.

This role would suit an experienced, energetic and driven Administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination to our site, and office-based teams.

You should have previous site administration experience to include mobilisation of plant and personnel as well as tracking and reporting on earthmoving equipment, including tracking SMU hours, monitoring breakdowns, recording minimum hours, and managing fuel consumption.

**This is a local, Monday to Friday role. Mobile and laptop provided.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input project-related data into our systems daily.
- Analyse project data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate daily reports to provide insights into project performance.
- Continuously reconcile project costs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough end-of-month reconciliation of project costs.
- Collaborate with Project CAs/Managers to prepare comprehensive end-of-month cost reports.

**Secondary Responsibilities (Project dependent)**:

- Assist in coordinating personnel and plant mobilisations for projects.
- Conduct occasional site visits as needed to support project startup and demobilisation efforts.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and a commitment to data processing accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to a high-performance culture and a dedication to achieving results.
