We are currently seeking hard working and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join us.
You will receive ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to work as part of a team in a fun, busy, and supportive environment. Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Smiling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Merchandising the Bakery product
- Achieving a high standard for store presentation and cleanliness
- Promoting new products and campaigns
- Work in team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

Must be able to work early morning and weekend.

Your customer service focus and desire to exceed customer expectations will make you successful in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $24.35 - $38.72 per hour

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
