NES Fircroft is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support the maintenance and fitting out of defence vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of FMTV Military Trucks.

Your duties will include:

- Identify failures of FMTV A2 Government Furnished Equipment
- Provide operator familiarization training and virtual support for deployed forces
- Comply with local unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for documenting and reporting maintenance and repair activities, including FMTV A2 reporting
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance according to the FMTV A2 technical manuals
- Provide operator and maintenance support at test facilities
- Assist with parts ordering and facilitate warranty claims

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ mechanical experience with heavy wheeled vehicles and prior military vehicle maintenance experience. Additionally, you should have:

- Formal education/certificates in vehicle service repair
- Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet 13-day repair and reporting requirements
- Ability to obtain a positive adjudication of a NAC-I background check
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card and CDL prior to start
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting
- Effective communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with customers and co-workers
- Valid Passport
- Ability to obtain an International Driver’s License
