Take ownership of the organisation's design, development, and administration of its Reporting and Analytics.

**About The Role**

The role provides high quality visual insights and reporting solutions for internal business teams to evolve and enhance strategic insight capability, leveraging data to influence decision-making.

**Skills, Experience and Certificates**
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology with extensive Business Intelligence experience.
- Experience of managing staff, developing work plans and performance management.
- Substantial experience with.Net Development, Microsoft BI stack, in particular Power Pivot / Power BI using SQL and non-SQL data sources.
- Experience of reporting from CRM, ERP and CMS systems.
- Extensive experience in developing reports in Power BI
- Extensive practical experience in M365
- Experience of supporting multiple IT projects within a complex environment.
- Experience in the provision of expert business focused analysis and advice across an organisation, with a focus on identifying and driving business improvements.
- ITIL certified and other industry certifications
- Experience of managing a team of professionals
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships, including demonstrated experience and skills in liaison, negotiation and problem-solving with staff at all levels
- Ability to manage time, plan and organise work, including prioritising jobs with consideration of business impact
- Maintain and develop excellent working relationships and rapport with internal, external stakeholders and clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
