Redpath Partners are delighted to be working alongside a leading Australian interstate law firm who are seeking a Facilities & Workplace Coordinator for their office in Sydney CBD
- x2 floors_).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating a safe and productive workplace environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of their office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their workplace, by managing the scheduling of meetings and events, liaising with external contractors and vendors, and providing administrative support to our team.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisiational and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with incoming, transferring, and outgoing staff movements.
- Order and maintain stationery, general supplies, and office equipment.
- Report building maintenance requests and issues to building management and coordinate resolutions with assistance from Operations team.
- Provide relief cover for reception for breaks and office open hours coverage (as required).
- General administrative duties and support as required.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
