Crawford School of Public Policy is a School within CAP and is Australia’s premier public policy school, with recognised world-class expertise and experience in economics, political science, environmental management and development, and on key Asia-Pacific countries, especially China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia, as well as Australia.

The Pacific Security College (PSC) is funded by the Australian Government and sits within the Crawford School of Public Policy, College of Asia and the Pacific. The PSC works with Pacific Island countries to build the capacity of officials to deal with a broad range of security challenges through executive and professional development courses, policy workshops, technical assistance and research.

**Position Overview**
This position will form part of the Pacific Security College’s Executive team, and will reporting directly to the Deputy Director
- Stakeholder Engagement.

The position is responsible for the PSC’s education program, including implementation of micro credential courses, and the design of bespoke workshops and courses. Course content is research informed and underpinned by the priorities outlined in the Boe Declaration and the 2050 Strategy for the Blue Pacific Continent. Courses and workshops are run in close partnership with Pacific based stakeholders. The position is supported by 2 program coordinators and offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders.

The research priorities of this role will be guided by the security priorities of Pacific partners, and the areas of focus set out in the Boe Declaration and the 2050 Strategy for the Blue Pacific Continent.
