**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Exciting opportunities exist for experienced call centre operators with a strong drive to provide excellent customer service and provide an outstanding experience for our TV rating panel members.

- This is an office-based role at our office in Lane Cove.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Call Centre Operators will utilize their organisation and communication skills to liaise with our panel on a range of issues
- Organize our technicians to provide onsite support.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Call centre experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Adaptability
- Excellent work ethic
- A professional and organised approach to work commitments
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Positive attitude
- The commitment of a minimum of three days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday
- Preferable combination of 2 weekdays & 1 weekend - either Sat or Sun)
- This is a role suitable for students who seek part-time/casual positions, are immediate starters / able to commit to more shifts
- Each shift is required 4 hours. The shift timings initially will be from Mon-Thursday ( 4 p.m to 8 p.m.), Friday (4 p.m. 8 p.m), Saturday (12 p.m. - 4 p.m. OR 1 p.m. -4 p.m.), Sunday ( 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.)
