We provide our clients with the deepest understanding of audiences—and we can't do that without our Panel Recruitment and Field Operations teams. They work in-person to build important connections with current panelists, who provide the vital data that powers businesses, and recruit new panelists.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Exciting opportunities exist for experienced call centre operators with a strong drive to provide excellent customer service and provide an outstanding experience for our TV rating panel members.

This is an office-based role at our office in Lane Cove.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Call Centre Operators will utilize their organisation and communication skills to liaise with our panel on a range of issues
- Organize our technicians to provide onsite support.
**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:
- Call centre experience preferableThe commitment of a minimum of three days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detailDemonstrated problem-solving ability

- A professional and organised approach to work commitments
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Positive attitude
- The shift timings initially will be from Mon-Thursday (5 p.m.9 p.m.), Friday (5 p.m. 8 p.m), Saturday (12 p.m. - 4 p.m. OR 1 p.m. -5 p.m.), Sunday ( 1 p.m. -5 p.m.)
