The Panorama Client Maintenance team processes superannuation and investment requests for our advisers and members. This includes payments in and out from Panorama, amendments to accounts and account closures.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Contributing to the overall success of the business through ownership, accountability and striving to achieve all the targeted goals of the team, as well as the wider Platforms & Investments business unit.
- Effective relationship participation between internal stakeholders, Business Units and the Panorama Program.
- Proactively identifying issues, problems and opportunities, contributing to potential solutions in regard to process efficiencies.

- Experience with superannuation processes and legislation
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strive for best possible outcome for business, customer and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a regularly changing environment
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Well-developed written/verbal communications
- Ability to work shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 6:30pm (SA time)
