**How will I help?**
The Client Account Specialists sitting with this team are responsible for the Technical
Administration, processing and Relationship Management to ensure our customers can exercise
their trading strategies across Equities, Managed Funds and Managed Portfolios.
You’ll bring into the team specialised skills to ensure Customer Service delivery expectations are met. Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional customer service skills and an inquisitive
nature, who finds enjoyment in investigating issues and finding solutions. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine
interest in the Trading Market. As well as this, you will:
- Display clear, articulated and succinct verbal, and written communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail with a solution driven approach to tasks
- Learn new technologies and processes with ease and is interested in developing their career in Finance
- Be a self-starter and proactive professional with a keen interest in the ASX market,
- trading and securities
