**How will I help?**
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of The Panorama team by supporting our Advisers and their clients to access and trade via the Panorama Wealth Platform. The Client Account Specialists sitting with this team are responsible for the Technical Administration, processing, and Relationship Management to ensure our customers can exercise their trading strategies across Equities, Managed Funds and Managed Portfolios.
You’ll bring into the team specialised skills to ensure Customer Service delivery expectations are met. You’ll support in the identification of defects and exceptions from the Panorama platform. Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions.
**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional customer service skills and an inquisitive nature, who finds enjoyment in investigating issues and finding solutions. You will ideally understand ASX obligations. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine interest in the Trading Market. As well as this, you will:
- Display clear, articulated, and succinct verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Suite specifically Excel
- Have strong attention to detail with a solution driven approach to tasks
- Be a self-starter and proactive professional with a keen interest in the ASX market, trading and securities
- Ideally but not essential, professional background within equities and finance
