Jamison Hotel, a lively and popular venue in the heart of Penrith, is seeking an experienced and driven Gaming Manager to lead our gaming operations and ensure a top-notch experience for our patrons. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to advance their career in a well-established venue.

Sitting tall on Smith Street in the heart of South Penrith is the Jamison Hotel. Serving locals and visitors since 1969, community is at the heart of everything we do which is why we've been the local favourite for decades.

This is a great opportunity for a Gaming Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Gaming room.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RCG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
