**About the role**
A great opportunity for a talented individual to kick off a career in Finance. You will be working within our friendly Accounts Receivables team in a dynamic Not for Profit. You will identify and process a high volume of receipts in an accurate and timely manner and process Direct Debits as required.
**Duties**
- Ensure all receipts are processed in a timely and accurate manner including raising invoices, processing donations and bequeaths and investigate unmatched receipts
- Processing direct debits
- Provide high level of professional customer service when taking customer payments over the phone

**Skills and Experience**
- Studying for a Cert III or Cert IV would be ideal
- Good attention to detail with the ability to question the pieces that are missing or don’t make sense
- Strong customer service focus with the desire to make the experience better for your client
- Ability to time manage yourself to ensure your tasks are completed within deadlines
- Friendly with a can-do mindset
