As an E-Commerce Project Coordinator(Product and Projects), you will deliver technology and process improvements to enable the marketing, communications, ecommerce, customer service and wider ALDI teams to improve their ways of working. **This is a 12-month fixed term contract.**

Through constantly liaising with ALDI international and local stakeholders, you will own and drive the delivery and evolution of key technologies that are critical to ALDI customers and the daily operations of ALDI Australia’s Customer Interactions department.

**What the role looks like**:

- Liaise with national and global stakeholders to support the scoping and delivery of technology projects, including a key ALDI transformation project
- Become the local product owner of key technologies that enable the delivery of a key ALDI service.
- Provide a local perspective on an international roadmap of future solutions and technology initiatives
- As the product owner, deliver training and ongoing expertise to stakeholders regarding designated products and projects
- Aid the team in managing the delivery of products and projects, using the appropriate agile project management methodology
- Work with international product owners to assist in defining and prioritising the roadmap for the continued feature development of your defined products
- Assist local operations team to define processes and procedures that will improve store operations as well as customer outcomes
- Support with UAT / Quality management, User Experience (UX) and testing of your technology.

**What we need from you?**
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, projects, or eCommerce Assistant role
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or similar field
- Prior experience in project management and implementation
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG/Retail industry highly regarded
- Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods desirable
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

This role reports to the Executive Manager - Marketing.
