**THE COMPANY**

The company is a multi-unit townhouse developer specialising in Turn Key investments that reflect a trend to down-sizing via well-designed, affordable homes with a smaller environmental footprint.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently looking to recruit a Site Supervisor who will have the chance to work with an exciting and growing organisation with an excellent reputation in the region.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Leading a culture of safety and productivity
- Ensuring compliance to all safety requirements including SWMS, WHS and Safety regulations.
- Collaboration with multiple project personnel and multiple disciplines including mechanical/ civil/ electrical
- Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.
- Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery.
- Inspecting daily work to meets plans, quality, and project standards.
- Identifying issues arising on site and problem solving.
- Planning, calculating and monitoring daily cost of resources and working to budgets.
- Strong construction knowledge and an ability to devise solutions
- Committed and professional work ethic, with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive / forward thinker.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers in coordinating deliveries and work on sites
- Maintain and update management with construction logistics
- Complete quality assurance inspections at various stages throughout the construction
- Ensure works are completed in a safe and timely manner and within a set budget
