**What do our Sales Consultants Do?**
- Following up WARM leads from potential clients who have registered on our website. Progression to take inbound enquiries
- Using the skills and knowledge gained from your training of BizCover’s business insurance products to ensure that the customers are getting the right cover for their business
- Maintaining a high standard of communication to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with BizCover (whether they become a customer or not)
- Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met
- Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components

**What do our Customer Service Agents do?**
- Providing all customers with an outstanding experience, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Work to set customer experience milestones by responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

**Requirements**:
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduates with qualifications in business, marketing, commerce, economics, arts, or a similar discipline.

Strong passion for Insurance and a desire to make an impact. *_Does anyone (at that level of experience) have a strong passion for insurance? Maybe: “An interest in the Insurance industry and supporting small businesses”_

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving abilities.
