We are now seeking a talented Store Manager to join our International Design Client in their Paddington Flagship in Sydney.

Our client creates pieces inspired by Parisian style and twenty-first century modernity and has resort style and twenty-first century modernity and has resort style boutiques in Bali and Sydney and is stocked in an exclusive selection of boutiques and department stores across the globe.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and will be solely responsible for the end to end management of the sole Sydney boutique. You will lead a team of casuals to deliver exceptional service to the affluent, local customer whilst also overseeing operational excellence across all other facets of the retail location.

This role will also see you act as a key support for the influencer activity of the brand in the Australian market. You will dedicate two half days to support office activities and manage the influencer gifting and targeting list through product send outs and communication with the leading internal departments.

You will work a Tuesday
- Saturday roster in this position.
- 12 + months experience in an Assistant Store Manager level position or higher
- Proven experience leading and motivating a team
- An intimate understanding of exceptional customer experience models and VIP client management techniques
- The ability to work autonomously and to think strategically about driving sales inside and outside of your four walls
- An enthusiastic and welcoming approach to feedback
- A good process, policies and procedures mind - a willingness to create and develop new processes and policies is welcomed in this role
- A growth mindset

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales in store to achieve the set weekly and monthly sales targets
- Inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service that drives brand loyalty and repeat customer visits with regular clientele
- Lead by example with your own selling and service standards
- Execute the store rostering in line with seasonal trade patterns
- Uphold the brand’s presentation standards through exceptional visual merchandising skills and personal presentation
- Lead your team to inspire customers through personal presentation standards and to adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Work alongside the General Manager to ensure sales targets can be achieved by pitching store activations such as VIP events and seasonal launch ideas
- Provide consistent training and development for the in store team and create an engaging and supportive workplace culture
- Work autonomously to achieve optimal operational standards across stock management, BOH inventory, store cleanliness and policy adherence
- Dedicate two half days per week to support influencer gifting process and work closely with the marketing and social team who are based in Bali
- Regularly rotate stock and visual merchandise the store in line with brand expectations and to optimise stock turn and sell-through
- Take a detail-oriented approach to all touchpoints of store management
- Take an action-oriented to innovating store processes and pitching new ways to drive sales output within the retail environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
