Supporting the Ogilvy People team, this role will predominantly consult and partner across Ogilvy Network Business Units, working closely with the senior leadership teams. Effectively building strong relationships, whilst helping develop and drive/deliver innovative people initiatives and solutions that will complement and mirror the current and future strategic business objectives of Ogilvy and deliver both personal and organisational improvements.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Business People Partner (BPP) to join our team in a business-facing strategic HR position that requires strong commercial and HR expertise to provide insight and challenge business leaders on all strategic people-related matters. It will be a key driver of operational and advisory HR, providing the effective and efficient delivery of employment relations, performance management, and reward, as well as dedicated expertise in the planning and implementation of effective organisational design development and change management.

Supporting the Director of People, this role will also consult and partner with the senior leadership team, effectively building strong relationships, whilst helping develop and drive innovative people initiatives and solutions that will complement and mirror the current and future strategic business objectives of the Ogilvy Network and deliver both personal and organisational improvements in performance and efficiency.

For our business to work, you will be required to spend time on certain areas of the business, in particular supporting the Director of People on operationalising the people strategy (in line with the business strategy) for the company and designing and delivering/implement any change and transformation initiatives.
