**About the role**

The Solution Delivery Lead is a key leader in the professional services practice responsible for aligning the resources of Telstra Health to deliver optimum solutions to our customers. The success of this role is based on the benefits created by our solutions measured against the customer’s success factors and outcome measurement framework.

**Key Accountabilities of the role include**:

- Responsibility for P&L by customer
- Align delivery of services to address the different market segments for example; Population Health, Public Hospitals and PPPs, Private Hospitals, Regional and Virtual Health Care
- Support the Professional Services team to continually improve the Commercial Models with our key customers
- Understand the customers goals and set the customers up for success by consulting on how to measure the impact of digital transformation enabled by our solutions
- Lead the negotiation of deliverables and ensure delivery of program and project milestones to meet the customers expectation and the original promise Telstra Health.

**Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by**:

- Focusing on maximising the lifetime value of our key customers by understanding the customers operating model and how Telstra Health can enable and improve that model through digital solutions; setting the customer up for success
- Lead the negotiation of deliverables and ensure delivery of program and project milestones to meet the customers expectation and the original promise from Telstra Health.
- Support the Professional Services team to continually improve the Commercial Models with our key customers

**To be successful in this role you require**:

- Record of success in leadership and management within a technology business where the needs of the clients and market are understood, and products are developed and configured to meet those needs
- A proven track record of leading broad teams through development and market release using agile project methodology, leadership and management of national and virtual teams in the software industry
- A solid track record of managing and achieving customer agreements
- Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders - internal and external
