Are you a passionate HSE professional looking to elevate your impact in the field? SRG Global is seeking an experienced **HSE Advisor** to join our high-performing **Mining Services** team. This is a pivotal field-based role where your expertise will help shape the safety culture across Drill & Blast and Geotechnical operations on nationally significant mining projects.

Reporting to the HSE Manager of Mining Services, you’ll work on an **8/6 FIFO roster from Perth**, with the opportunity to contribute both onsite and occasionally from our Subiaco Head Office.

We’re after someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds strong relationships, and leads safety by example.

**About You**

You're an experienced HSE Advisor who leads from the front and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to safety challenges. You’re confident in the field, respected by crews, and skilled at coaching operational leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-the-ground HSE support, coaching, and leadership across multiple mining sites
- Partner with operational teams to facilitate and deliver risk assessments, safety training, and incident management
- Facilitate investigations and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SRG Global’s HSE Management System
- Deliver engaging site-based HSE training and support site leadership with toolbox presentations
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, trends, and KPIs
- Stay ahead of legislative requirements and ensure compliance across all activities
- Collaborate with project teams to embed safety into everyday operations

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a site-based HSE role within mining
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Field experience supporting Drill & Blast or similar high-risk activities
- Formal investigation training (e.g., ICAM, TapRoot) - highly regarded
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills
- Confidence working independently across multi-disciplinary teams
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
