**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct compelling product demos, effectively communicating the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and improve overall customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to follow a sales process that enhances the buyer's journey.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
