About the role
**As our Fellowship Administrator, you'll also**:
Order, collate, and distribute Fellowship parchments, issue Letters of Good Standing, and respond to verification requests.
Oversee Fellowship data accuracy, liaise with the Business Intelligence team, and provide reports to stakeholders such as GP Training coordinators and the RACGP Board.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for councils and committees, including managing bookings, catering, and related logistics.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in high-quality customer service delivery, ideally in a member-based environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
A resilient and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
