**Job Description**:
Toll Group Chemicals division is searching for a career driven Warehouse Team Leader to oversee supervision of all warehouse and site operational activities at our Major Hazard Facility in Lytton.

This is an entry level role, designed for someone with a warehousing or operational background to take their first step into a management career path, with genuine succession planning and big projects happening on site over the next decade.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, this role will gain experience across a number of areas including HSE, systems improvement, storage of hazardous chemicals, and managing teams of people. This role will work a shift time of Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm.

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will:

- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace through complying with all OHS policies, legislative requirements and procedures.
- Oversee warehouse day to day operations including accuracy, systems maintenance and improvement, and customer relationships.
- Promote a postitive, teamwork focused culture on site through effective feedback and coaching.
- Perform other ad hoc, or general administration tasks.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2 years minimum experience in warehousing or transport roles.
- Tertiary qualification in warehousing or distribution highly regarded.
- An eagerness to drive your career forward with Toll Group.
