**Your new role**
- Direct activities related to load utilization, dispatching, receiving, routing, and GPS tracking of equipment
- Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints
- Implement operational plans, rosters, procedures, and policy changes
- Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations
- Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits and meeting with individual employees
- Conduct investigations to determine causes of accidents and to improve safety procedures
- Report on incidents and remedial action
- Ensure compliance with Fatigue legislation
- Conduct employee training of operational staff, storeman, and drivers
- Coordinate annual leave
- Ensure correct manning on a daily basis for Transport and Warehouse
- Review manifests
- Perform customer site visits
- Conduct regular toolbox talks with operation staff
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation KPI
- Average General load utilization to no less than 104.0%
- Runs dispatched on time no less than 90.0%

- Good understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Able to manage one's own time and the time of others.
