**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Educating staff on best practices for clinical documentation and coding.
- Analysing trends and providing insights to improve documentation processes and outcomes.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.

**Qualifications/ Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Current Registration;
- Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS or CDIP) (preferred);
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
